marewasia was formed in 2006 and is an independent training and development consulting company based in Hong Kong with a focus in China. The principal, Anita Billings, has been a specialist in learning and development functions for the past 10 years, working in the IT and management consulting industry. Her business career has been spread all over the Asia-Pacific region.

During these years, she has and given numerous insights and inspired many managers in their respective workplaces, allowing them to see their own positive attributes and inadequacies and armed them in skills in the form of indoor or outdoor experiential learning as well as structured classroom interventions.

marewasia also focuses on assisting companies to identify the most suitable training partner/s for their development needs, and separately, companies often call upon her when they are looking to engage external training faculty members to be engaged in:

As a trainer and facilitator herself, Anita has developed strong experiences and insights into management behaviors, needs and its niches with regards to the modern middle manager working for corporations in China. Her Chinese mindset and Australian education provides her with a strong niche in deliveries and facilitation in three different languages (Mandarin, English and Cantonese) which allows her to engage convincingly and deeply with her mainland counterparts with ease and flair.
